Ingredients:
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup sorghum flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the specified flour with any optional spices or seasonings. Gradually add the olive oil and water to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve a firm, but not sticky, dough.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to your desired thickness (usually around 1/8 inch thick). Use a knife or a cookie cutter to cut the dough into cracker-sized pieces or shapes. Transfer the cut crackers to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with additional salt or seasonings if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are crisp and slightly golden. Allow the crackers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
